Our approach in real estate equity investing is to place funds with a handful of select companies we have determined to be risk adverse and safe. These select companies have a stellar record of successfully meeting their obligations. Avg. returns are 18-25% p/annum (returns are paid in the final year of investment term). This fund is a 7 year minimum committed term fund. This is a closed end fund accepting funds on per project basis. Income is distributed per contract.
